Individual Support

We work with individuals across a range of challenges they may be experiencing. We understand some individuals just need a little extra support where others may need a bit more. We are experienced in working with a range of life stressors, including anxiety, depression, transitions, grief and loss, anger, addiction, parenting, PTSD, and relationship issues.

We want you to feel heard, validated, and respected. Together with your practitioner you can explore life's stressors to develop an understanding and discuss a variety of skills and stratergies to feel supported, and empowered to manage them.
